From first enquiry to the final toast, kept effortless.
A good timeline does not mean doing everything early. It means doing the right things in the right order, so each decision makes the next one easier.
9 to 12 months before
Set your budget and rough guest count, then visit venues and lock in your date. Auspicious dates fill quickly, so this is the step to start with.
6 months before
Book your photographer, choose your package and start thinking about styling and colours. Send save-the-dates to guests travelling from abroad.
3 months before
Hold your menu tasting, confirm the ceremony plan and send invitations. This is also a good time to agree the run sheet with your coordinator.
The final month
Confirm final numbers and the seating plan, then hand the details to us. On the day, your only job is to enjoy it.
